Product Specifications:
Straight Cutting Oils are blended from High Viscosity Index Base Stock containing Sulphurised Fat or Chlorinated Compound and Sulphur, either active or non active type depending upon type of Metal / Cutting Operation involved. Recommended for Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Deep Hole Boring, Drilling, Gear Shaving, Gear Hobbing, Screw Cutting etc. These Oils reduces tool wear and improves machinability.
Application:
• This is Cutting Oil blended from high VI oils and contains chlorinated EP and oiliness additives.
• It can be used for machining operations covering wide range.
• It gives good surface finish and tool wear is reduced to minimum.
• It can be recommended for use in Mild Steels, Carbon Steel, Nickel Steels and Manganese Steels and its use may be extended to Copper, Aluminium and their alloys if required.
